PROJECTS

We are currently working on three projects.

The Old Defenders Project  creates a resource of the obituary’s / death notices / individual histories of those at the Battle of Baltimore.

The BCGS Burial Project creates a comprehensive inventory of burial locations in Baltimore County as a resource tool for Genealogists.

The Baltimore Ancestry Project is an online database containing member submissions of names and ancestries. The submissions are electronic files created by computer genealogy programs. Members will be able to search and view the information in a variety of formats: Individual and Family group sheets, pedigree and charts.
